Comas Srl, which carries out services through the site www.infocomas.com, utilizes the protection of data and personal information provided for the subscription and the purchase of services offered by the site itself in observance of Italian Law 196/2003 for the security of individuals and other subjects in matters of personal data protection.
According to Art. 13 of Italian Law 196/2003 we inform you that:
1. Access and consultation of the site on behalf of the user does not involve any identification on the part of Comas Srl. In fact, the following user information is not visible to Comas Srl, as the service provider uniquely encodes it:
-Internet dominion and IP protocol
-Type of browser and operating system of computer used
-Date, time and permanence of site
-Eventual search engines of which have entered into the site
2. Comas Srl reserves the right to request that the service provider supply the following collected information for one or more users:

3.The personal and/or company data that the user supplies on the present forms of the site www.infocomas.com authorizing the treatment of data according to the Italian law 196/2003 are protected by Comas Srl and used to respond to the inquiries of the client in order to supply the information requested and to contact the user regarding the services supplied or for eventual promotions and/or offers.
This information could be used through it devices necessary in guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the production and management of archives lists and documents with respect o the aforementioned laws.
4. Comas Srl declines any responsibility regarding the complete security of all the information conferred through services offered.

Nature of conferment
5. The bestowal of personal data and the permission of treatment of such are necessary in order to use the services requested by Comas Srl.
6. Without consenting to the treatment of data stated in the aforementioned articles and in the successive ones, all requests for services through www.infocomas.com will be annulled.

Communication of data
7. Personal information will not be subject to distribution. To finalize the descriptions of the previous paragraphs, the information will be communicated to: Professional offices and companies who act as assistants and consultants. (Ex. Legal offices, accountants) that operate in complete autonomy as distinct information holders.
Your personal data may be seen by our employees and/or collaborators who are purposely nominated in charge data treatment.

Rights of the Interested Party
8. In relation to the aforementioned treatment of data, the user may exercise rights which are named in Article 7 of Italian law 196/2003, which we provide in its entirety below:
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data regarding himself, even if this information is not yet registered and the communication of such information in an intelligible way.
2. The interested party has a right to obtain indications:
a) Regarding the origin of personal data
b) The purpose and methods of treatment
c) The logic applied in case of treatment carried out by electronic instruments
d) Of the identity of the owners, managers and representatives designated in accordance with Article5 comma
e) Of the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or that can be made known by the representative designated in the territory of the State, by responsible parties.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) Updates and rectification, that is, when he is involved, integration of data
b) Cancellation. The anonymous transformation or blockage of data treatment in violation of law, including those unnecessary in its conservation relative to the goals for which the information was collected or afterward treated.
c) Confirmation that the operations mentioned in letter a) and b) have been made known, even regarding the content, those whose data has been communicated or distributed except in the case in which this implementation reveals itself to be impossible or involves and employment of means manifestly disproportionate with respect to the rights of the protected.
4. The interested party has the right to oppose fully, or in part :
a) For legitimate motives the treatment of personal data that concern him, even if pertinent to the scope of its collection;
b) To the treatment of personal data regarding the interested party that results in mailings of a publicity or direct sales, or for the fulfillment of marketing research or commercial communication..”

9. For all eventual disputes arising from the access or use of the site, or in relation to downloads, use of sent material or any other titles between the user and the owner of the site or any other collaborators responsible for the management of the site, the user accepts the jurisdiction of the Italian State and in any case, the application of Italian, independent from his own domicile. The competent forum is that of Arezzo.
